Current Opening: Business Sales Executive (Full-Time)
Location: Durham, County Durham
Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive + Commission
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Sales Executive to help expand our corporate catering, events, and restaurant partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the food and hospitality sector and excellent relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate, event, and catering markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Work closely with the operations and kitchen teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Represent the brand at events, tastings, and networking opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B or hospitality sales (restaurant or catering industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for food, hospitality, and customer satisfaction.
